Kids, Pain and Art
We all know that kids hurt when mom and dad are in conflict. Lary Holland has featured a wonderful tool, “Coloring Away Pain,” in his blog. Check it out here: Coloring Away Pain. It’s true, creative expression for kids who are hurting, whether because everything is changing and they are scared or because of deeper hurts, is a wonderful way to help them move the hurt from the inside to the outside.
